cncgirl00 said:I recently started a fairy garden. I purchased the John Creech sedum because it was supposed to be a slow grower but I know it will overtake where it is eventually. So I need to know how to thin or divide it. Thanks for any suggestions. Here is a couple of photos of where I have it planted. The sedum is beside/behind the gnome.

That is a cute planting! Yes you can easily divide sedum. About 30 years ago my friend gave me some when I was moving and it stayed in a box for 2 months before I planted it. I still have some of the same type (not the one you are asking about) all around my yard.
