Hold your horses. When I looked through Anne's instructions I realized that the majority of the plants grow better in bright shade and morning sun. Aha!! The 'other' front bed. Now I have pots ready for those that want pots but I didn't have a bed ready for those that can grow inground, not a bright shady bed anyway. So I couldn't possibly plant these gorgeous new plants in a ratty overgrown with potted ivy, wayward columbine, an azalea that thinks it's a Southern Magnolia and is almost as tall as I am, and a few redbud seedlings hiding here and there, planted by industrious birds, no doubt.

So I just came in for more water, it is a thirsty kind of day.

Pictures as soon as I get better control of my semi- shady overgrown environment. Almost there. Big Grin
