I agree that you should not encourage this to thrive/spread/grow.
Interesting and beautiful, with the proper knowledge it can have medicinal uses, with careful preparation some parts are edible, but it can be toxic if used incorrectly.
This plant is a serious weed in Florida (and other places). Please consider removing the seeds before it can spread; document the life cycle with photographs to assist others on ATP, then remove and destroy the plant.
