Glen - I had that happen to me too. I don't use that method anymore. I just plant them in good professional potting mix (in styrofoam cups) and then water them sparingly with Spring Water (bottled) and Hydrogen Peroxide mixed in. I consistently have a very good success rate using that particular method which I've been using for the past 3 years. I then set the cups in a sunny window. I only watered them once a week. I think often the seeds will rot or the seedlings will develop fungus or something and they die. I swear by H2O2 and watering only once a week, as it prevents the root rot or rotting of seeds.
