GardenQuilts said:I checked out the knock out roses in front of the grocery store today. The double cherry knockout was prettier than the other red and pink ones. I didn't detect scent, but the roses were very stressed and neglected in their little pots by the entrance.

The knockout breeder, Radler, keeps coming up with new hardy roses. Knockout fans may want to search for other roses bred by him.

I didn't get any knockouts, but the cutest red and white striped mini rose hopped intomy cars somehow.

I have several of the 'White Out' rose shrubs. Radler said they are not as disease resistant as the Knockout's so they do not qualify for the name, but for me they have been every bit as disease resistant as the Knockouts. I love mine.

Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Mat.6:28-29
