Cindi, this sounds great! What I really love about this is that is does not use flour!!!!! I have celiac disease so can not have gluten. I can make this!!!!!!! I have some gluten free bread crumbs to sub for the panko & as far as the almonds go --- I could do them as directed BUT I use a lot of almond flour in baking so I think I will just use that & see how it turns out. Cool!
Usually recipes are too hard to convert but this one will be a cinch.
