I don't see much of anything wrong with your lily. It appears that it may be growing a little too fast; that's all. The fast growth and drooping leaves sort of go hand in hand with warmer weather and too much moisture (rain). It is a temporary condition and is most likely to occur just before they bud out. Yours appears to be ready to bud out soon. That's my opinion. Does anyone else have something to add?
