We had strong gusts of winds the past couple days here. I am not sure I am steady enough on my feet yet to play with this project for a couple days more yet. Although, I must say that I am a bit leery of my working conditions as all the stands I am using to prop my planters on are almost all cement blocks. I have a few sturdy chunks of wood, but have been unable to come up with other safer ideas - besides buying construction boots. For now, I've been trying to avoid even looking at the area I have the project on hold. My roommate needs to buy some wood for his projects next week, so I am hoping there will be some leftovers.

On my way back from getting x-rays of my foot the other day, I passed by a place doing some remodeling. They had a big pile of concrete chunks. I was so tempted to swing around to see if I could get some of the concrete. They were bigger pieces, and could be made sturdier than what I have. If my roommate had been in the car with me, I know we would have a bunch of concrete stands and tables to work on in our yard. I think if I am patient, something else will present itself.
