They just don't look like any kind of pest that we have mentioned, Ive battled em all, but just cuz I'm familiar with a pest here, doesn't mean there's not some other species that I'm not familiar with...

It's hard to say from the pics, they're such tiny things you did well to capture them! But the plants certainly look damaged!

The sceinetific thing to do at this point is eliminate contenders...

It's certainly not mealies...
Nor is it the most common spider mite in the US, the 2 spotted mite...god how I loathe the! There's other spider mites...
Thrips are long and thin, usually light colored...
White flys...they fly...

The list is gettin short
