Awesome find! Not sure if you were looking for an ID on these or not... but if so I do believe that #1 is Crassula perforata. It's really hard to tell with #2 because the shot doesn't show the entire leaf... but based on your description I would guess it might be something like Crassula 'Blue Wave'...
