It is Stinky Maple or Musk Maple, Premna microphylla.

I got it off a sale table at Wee Tree Farm inside Garlands. It took a beating the past winter leaving a lot of dead wood but the tree is still alive. It will be fun pruning it bonsai style but not until next year when I see what it looks like then.
