I have not used drenches yet, since most of my succulents stay outdoors year round.

Looking at your recent leaf photos, it looks like a case of powdery mildew.

I saw this page which explains how it attacks the plants, and the photo example they have is of a variegated jade leaf. It could be the culprit on your jade's leaves.
