It was either the deer or the groundhog. They both eat everything I plant. I have sprays and fences and they still manage to get to my gardens.
It is getting better. When I first moved in I did not know how many critters I had. I have figured out their pattern and I have been able to keep them out until fall. When Fall comes all bets are off. I stomped my feet at one deer and she stomped her foot back at me.
In the Fall they are getting their fat on for the winter and they do not care what you do to deter them they come for the food and Hostas are there favorite food.
