I would repot now if you want to keep growing that already handsome specimen going but if you have the inclination to propagate, wait till spring at least, then you can take the heads off (that would be two new plants after callousing and rooting the stems) and expect that the old stems would branch with new heads. You would end up with 3, 4 plants in multiple pots?
