At this time of year, my opinion is that it is a Very late "Spring stalk" rather than a re-bloomer. I have this issue with "Again & Again". It is such an increaser, that it seems to be re-blooming throughout the Summer; but this is not true. The stalks that bloom during the Summer are not from rhizomes that bloomed in the Spring. They are small increases from last year that did not have enough "umph" to bloom in the Spring and they grew enough during the Spring to start blooming now. My "Again & Again" clump will start putting out stalks around July 4th and do so sporatically through mid-August. After that, they tend to be true re-blooming stalks.
