Most of the time I don't mind the large thread size on ATP. The exception is when I want to search for a specific cultivar and it pulls up the "June" or "July" bloom threads of any given year. It then becomes a total PITA to comb through each thread to find one photo. Almost like finding a needle in a haystack! If only ATP's search function could link to specific posts within a thread, it would be so much more convenient. Keep in mind that not all photos posted in the threads are uploaded to the database, either.
Otherwise, kudos to ATP's daylily forum for being a fantastic source of information and inspiration!
