Toni - you are right, they do. I always research, but many shoppers do not. One of the places I go to doesn't really separate annuals and perennials, and their tags don't really even give zone information. Nor do the employees know anything about the stock. And yes, I have complained to the management, though I'm sure it will make no difference. Sigh.
