Kim, I don't know exactly where you are but you are in pretty bad shape up there. If they are standing in water for very long they are going to be in trouble. If there is a way to get to them and put them in pots where they are "safe" until the weather clears that would be best. If not, then you will have to let us know when it dries up and maybe we can help you replace some of what you have lost. I am praying for you folks, I know it is BAD! We have family in the Mapleton area, not as bad as some but bad enough.
