We have been using something called 'The Fat Trapper' which is a plastic container meant to contain kitchen grease for proper disposal to keep it out of the waste water system. They were giving these away at Earth Day one year and since we don't create grease waste we re-purposed it for a compost container. It is a bit on the small side so I will be on the hunt for a lovely 'new' ice bucket, thanks! Thumbs up
