Your story is correct, Elaine. All the guesses as to why the two divisions would have completely different colors assumed that the conditions were different when growing them. The problem is that they grew side-by-side after division and the growing conditions were identical.

I need to contact Lindsay and see if she has any plants she might want to trade. Every plant I got from her (when she was downsizing) bloomed but the Copper Queen division is the only one left.
