Yesterday I did 3/4 of the daylily clumps with alfalfa.
Needless to say, my garden smells like a horse stable.
Unexpectedly, the smell of watering the lucerne brought back so many childhood memories of trotters, racehorses and quilts.
The problem is that when you are young your life it is ruined by your parents. When you are older it is ruined by your children.
