Not sure which rings you are referring to. The ones under the white rectangular containers (that are on the ground under the vertical garden sections) are the matching container saucers. They can be purchased to match those particular plastic containers. The smaller round rings under pots are concrete sprinkler donuts that I use like short legs under many of my pots to help with drainage.
