Sure is a lovely plant, Cheryl. I'd agree go for a big, new pot and a stake twice as tall as you think you need . . . it will go up as far as you give it room to.

To make the stake last longer, try 'guiding' the plant to go round and round the stake instead of straight up one side. This also makes the leaves closer together so the plant looks bushier.
