If I remember right he used Ed Murray pollen on Europa, might have been easier using ditch lily pollen------he may be trying that the last couple of years. I don't buy many daylilies these days as I can't cope with this place now, but I did consider buying Implausibility. I don't know if I have tet Ed Murray or dip Ed Murray but Saratoga Pinwheel is a tet. I did once get Pardon Me to set seeds with EM pollen but have lost the seedlings in the underbrush here though I think I still have a photo. Of course I'm very slap-dash about crosses, I haven't marked any this year and I've been dabbing Wild Horses on Ed, another old Ed seedling and the new ones-I'm not certain they are taking as I'm not seeing pods sticking. They are just falling off. The other thing is that these blossoms are huge and they are a mushy mess the next day and you get stained fingers trying to dead head them.
