Thanks for the info Hetty. It had been really hot here for several weeks. I was vacation last week, and noted that the weather here had gotten rainy and cooler. The plants did not look like this before I left.

They've been trimmed, and I sprayed the cut tips with some Immunox 3:1 Disease Control. Hopefully they'll be okay. Only these 2 plants were affected. The rests of my plants and potted cuttings seem fine.

What causes the black tip rot? Is it fungal or bacterial?
