Calif_Sue said:@Meredith79, most of my roses are in the coral orange range, I am not a pink loving person but make an occasional exception. I would love to have Christopher Marlowe again, I left it behind when I moved.
My current rose list: http://garden.org/lists/view/C...

and we have a wonderful rose database here, Rose (Rosa 'Marmalade Skies') has lots of photos. If an entry is shy on photos, we often use HelpMeFind.com

I often admire your Roses, but with you being in Cali I can't count on them looking the same here. I can't even tell you how many hours I have spent googling images of roses after seeing a post or plant listing, I often look at HelpMeFind and see that the people with northeastern locations, roses do exactly what mine do. If you have a perfect warm pink in Cali it loses most of it's warmth here. Maybe on a rare occasion I will see a slight hint of that warm tone you get but it is only a hint not enough for me to be in love. lol

I picked up a Lady of Shalot at a Nursery thinking I was getting Lady Emma Hamilton. Not by the labels, but I couldn't remember which one I had been admiring and pinning pictures of. Well it turned out I really wanted to try Lady Emma but the Lady of Shalot seems promising, except the last bloom it put out was pale yellow and had no other tones at all. Hoping it was just due t stress of being planted.
