I have had this plant for years. I forget it because it sits in a corner of the family room and it does not get water. It has gone without water last year for 8 months because I forgot to take it outside for the summer.
It really is purple not a dark green. Strange plant. I do not remember where I got it or how I ended up owning it. It could be a plant I picked up during my travel. I was good for picking up plants on the ground or in trash when I stayed at hotels and they threw away the plants.
Yet it keeps trying to survive.
