I think that soil looks pretty good for just starting out. Smiling I'd just add some compost, mix it in a bit, and plant as you wish. Purchased potting soil isn't really the best thing for in-ground plants; it's formulated for a different situation. You'll probably want to add more compost around your plants periodically as well. The higher the heat and the wetter the conditions, the more you may need to replenish with additional compost and possibly other nutrients.
