Sue - must be nice.. it hit over 100 yesterday & is planning on being that way until Sunday. We finally went for a 1mile walk last night at 930 because that's when it finally got below 85degs. Yuck. This heat's been miserable. But thankfully no humidity!

At my local grocery store, King Soopers, they had the 1gal own-root "Nearly Thornless" series of roses for $5 ea! So I picked up a Deja Blu & a Double Take. They're both a little leaf-bare from the heat, but they're own-root (I think they're probably from Chamblees as they're from Tyler TX). I'm plopping them in the ground tonight (provided it cools down just a hair bit.. don't really wanna be digging holes in 95+ deg temps!). They also had a yellow & a red, but I'm getting really fussy as to who I'm buying (running out of space).
Roses are one of my passions! Just opened, my Etsy shop (to fund my rose hobby)! http://www.etsy.com/shop/Tweet...
