"1. Some are asking if they may be Tissue Culture plants. Some of these are divisions purchased directly from US hybridizers like Charles & Heidi Douglas at Brown’s Ferry and potted and some are propagated by tissue culture and field grown for 3 years in the Netherlands prior to be inspected and shipped here and then potted."

"We agree with your concern about tissue culture plants. They do NOT perform the same as the original cultivar. Greg has told me they do not sell tissue culture. I know he purchases many older daylilies from lots of different people to provide the quantities he needs. I would not hesitate to order from Wild's if I wanted some daylilies. Believe it or not, I have too many already:)"
Ok, so the only way I can make these two statements be consistent with each other is to assume that Wild's does not consider tissue culture plants grown on
and then field dug to be tissue culture plants. Are there other ways of looking at this?
