And you have no trouble with grass growing up through it. I put in raised beds two years ago. They are 18" tall with no bottoms (wood). I put cardboard down before they filled with dirt. I have little sprouts of brass coming up mostly around the very edges. Can't figure how the grass could have grown up through 18" of dirt.
