It can't be any cardiocrinum anyway: the leaves aren't right at all.

Even in cold Minnesota where Lilium formosanum often does not survive, I've seen them seven feet.
I am confident that is L. formosanum. They are naturalizing in parts of the southern US. It doesn't look like you'll have any problems keeping it going.
