Depending on the photo they can lean towards the pink family when in harsh sun but this is the best I have of the true color. Part of it is not hit by sun while the right side is saturated. I have not touched the coloring.
If you'd like to suggest a better way of lighting it so the color will be perfectly accurate, I'm certainly willing to try it.
