Maybe it needs more water. I have been watering my Adenium daily this summer and it has been giving me good blooms compared to previous years.

Something I changed with watering my Adenium, before I just water the root/soil zone, then I thought, if that big fat exposed caudex is also its engorged root, maybe it wants to be wet as well. I usually try to avoid overhead watering, so what I did is to also spray the exposed caudex. Seems to work! After that the leaves came out more and now more prominent bloom clusters.

I also tried my smaller ones, and it seems that is how it likes it too during these heat wave days, though too young to make blooms, but it is actively making new leaves. It has not rained here since mid-March so just really dry, so have to step up watering. I guess spraying the caudex helps since we have really low humidity, too dry around here.
