I have grown drummond phlox from seed, but they are annuals . they were easy .Just sow in a pot in the spring.
The perennial tall phlox should be easy they are always self sowing all over the place . I started with a deep purple added David and now have every color in between.

one of the middle colors with a single purple flower.
..a balanced life is worth pursuit.
