MR one thing I've noticed with my semps is that they like wind...I have some in a more protected area and they don't seem to do as well as the ones that are in more wind. And also ones that I have against a wall, where it is warmer - they don't seem to like that either, just some of my observations about growing these plants! I tip my hat to you.
