As Char mentioned, all my early and midseason plants are winding down now. Rebloom will start with in a week or so. I do have a few late bloomers that are just starting to open.

Here is one very close to my heart. In May, I received and planted 'Ruby Lipstck', a John Benz, oldie. I had wanted to include this daylily in my garden for the past several years, but for some reason got caught up in ordering newer daylilies. This year, I acted as an adult, and went back and picked up older dayliliys that I had always wanted in my garden but had overlooked.

RUBY LIPSTICK - FFOE - What really surprised me with this bloom is the lovely gold filigreed edge that surrounds this 7" bloom. A lot of pix do not show this yellow edge.
