Monday morning in the middle of August, gloriously warm, with not bad humidity at all. Today, I found some blooms that I haven't posted as of yet. So let's see what's new.
CUTTING LOOSE - Wonderful plant. Added a new fan this Spring, and sent up 3 fans with tons of buds. Has been blooming for about a month.
BUDDY'S REDHEAD - Another late bloomer this year. This daylily never disappoints. Blooms are clean. A great red daylily.
DOROTHY LAMBERT -- An old classic purchased from Oaks 5 yrs ago. Some of these older daylilies are planted in the steepest part of my mountain garden. This year I am trying to make an effort to capture them on film. Not always easy, and not always successful. Here is 'Dorothy Lambert' captured at 8AM this morning.
Edited to add additional plants. Hit the wrong button, Now I am 'finished'!!
