That's a good point about the newer cultivars, Teri. And then there are the newer Echinacea cultivars that the pollinators don't even like.

I have 2 of them--Raspberry Truffle and Secret Affair. Both very pretty, but the pollinators sniff at them and move on quickly. I think the nectar isn't accessible to them.

And then of course the plants that are sterile.
