I would have to make sure to rinse them thoroughly, though... I don't want to attract any *more* rats. (The neighborhood is lousy with them; they nest in the oak trees, and have been raiding my tomatoes and peppers this summer.
)
Come to think of it, besides the kibble, I buy dental treats which come in a plastic bag which is big enough that it should nicely hold 2-3 daylilies...
