My Mrs. Aquillar squash is similar to spaghetti squash in consistency. Is spaghetti squash very very watery like Mrs aquillars, or am I watering it too much? ( this is after letting it set for two weeks after picking) I turned my oven dehydrator on after it was cooked to see if I could dry it up some. Are all winter squash stringy?
