After you press "Upload an image", it will pull up your computer's photo file. Find the photo and double-click it. That will start the upload process. After it finishes uploading, you will see a [lightbox] message - that is your photo. If you then click on "Preview" you can see your message as we will see it. If you like what you see, hit the "Finished" button and it will post it here. I hope that this helps.
