Cat, Plumeria are easily grown in containers that you can bring indoors during the winter months. Many folks cut the branches and store them in a dry place over-winter and then plant the cut branches come spring. Cuttings have rooted easily for me ... I gave about a dozen small Plumeria trees grown from cuttings to a neighbor before we downsized and moved a few years ago and I just kept the one plant which was in a container for about eight years until I decided to plant it in the ground last summer.
