No rain. We had several days when it was forecast at 80 and 90% chance, and nada. One day we did get about an eighth of an inch. Now we're not likely to have any until Friday night. Another 90 percenter. Used to be that was about as good as certain but lately I think it just must be raining all around us but not here!

Anyway, I spent most of the day moving the sprinkler around. I watered enough that none of the beds should need any for at least a few days. The soil here doesn't hold as much moisture as I think it should, or it could go longer.

Are people feeling cooler temps? It's been a pretty cool summer from what I understand (and I am grateful for that!) but it's about the same now as it was a month ago.
