Every year, I have to try something new and this year I have become interested in making pickles from green tomatoes. Have any of you done this, and how did you like them??? I have always made a hot dog relish that uses lots of green tomatoes, but never pickles.

So far, I am trying a recipe for Tomolives which uses little green cherry tomatoes, and also an Italian mixture. Of course you can't try these for at least two weeks so I am on pins and needles until then, lol. The "olives" are so cute and I really hope they are good especially since I had to sneak the tomatoes out of my husbands garden. Next I will try two different curried recipes and one that is similar to regular refrigerator pickles.
