PayPal makes it very easy to spend money!
Go to www.paypal.com and log in. If an ad comes up, click on "account summary" at the bottom of the page.
Then click on "Send and Request" at the top of the page.
Click on "Pay for Goods or Services."
Fill in the e-mail address of the person you want to send money to and the amount and click "Next"
PayPal has recently changed its format, so I'm not sure what the next screen is, but it will allow you to confirm your purchase and add a note if you wish.
