I may not know too much about Brugs but Gnats I know lol I just won a battle with them myself. If they get too bad you can remove the top inch of soil (where they live) and replace it with sand. I left the sand there for a couple weeks heck some still have sand in them. This will get rid of the majority of them and make them controllable. You can then replace the sand with fresh soil again. I also use a Pyrethrin spray to spray them when I see them flying around the pots. course getting some Sundews and watching the little buggers get munched is more fun lol. Hurray! Thumbs up Rolling on the floor laughing
