I canned 9 pints of tomato sauce yesterday. I could only process 8 because I was short one canning lid. How stupid of me not to check that before I started canning, but I thought I had lots of boxes of lids, I did, only the wrong size. I'm sure I will have another pail full to pic today if it doesn't rain.
