I agree Hetty and I paid more for my Confetti plumerias but they are well worth it since they were rooted and bloomed the first year. the blooms are good size and huge clusters (see my current avatar) they smell good. They bloom every year for me...as Ken said, this is not one of those "constipated" plumerias.
