Ann, that is a Long-Tailed Skipper (I don't think Dorantes travel that far north). And I love that orange guy! He's really bright orange!

Chelle, your Sphinx cat is super awesome! That whole family of caterpillars is just fun.

Well, it's my birthday and I'm off to MOSI to play with the butterflies. I thought about taking the day off since it's my birthday, but then I decided there's nowhere I'd rather be and nothing else I'd rather be doing. So I'm going to go play with caterpillars!

FYI, I'm 35 today which I know is still pretty young but I'm a little freaked out about being firmly in my mid-30's now. I'll get used to it, I suppose.
